Prior to any move or any work being done by Tenant's vendor, the Tenant should obtain a certificate of insurance from their vendor listing the Tenant as the "Additional Insured." Please email evidence of this insurance to Joan.Bibeau@Transwestern.com. In the event of any damage, Landlord would look to Tenant Insurance to be made whole.
